What's the Real Goal?
Before Starting Any Project, I Always Ask: “What’s the Real Goal?”
You’d be surprised how often this one question changes the entire direction of a project.
Someone might come to me saying:
“We need a new website.”
But after a short conversation, we realize the real goal isn’t a new site — it’s more inquiries, more clarity, or less manual work.
Once that’s clear, the strategy changes completely.
It might mean building automations, improving the layout, or integrating their systems instead of rebuilding everything from scratch.
When you know the real goal, every decision becomes simpler — design, development, even pricing.
If you’re planning a new project, try asking yourself:
What’s the outcome I actually want — not just the tool to get there?
And if you’re not sure, that’s something I help clients clarify before we even start.
